Entries close for the 2009 Farnham Cup on Monday next May 18th.

The Farnham Cup is a Mixed Foursomes Matchplay Competition.

Entry Fee: € 10 per pair.

Ulster Fourball teams win 1st round match

Ulster Fourball 2009:

Congratulations to Sean Dunne and his Ulster Fourball team who came through a tough 1st round match against Warrenpoint on Sat 25th April. They now await the winners of the Crossgar V. Rossmore on the 2nd round.

Jimmy Bruen Team Qualifies for match-play stage

Co Cavan GC Jimmy Bruen Team qualified in second place at the regional qualifying at Castle Hume GC on Sunday May 3rd. The team led by Padraig McEntee played exceptionally well to proceed to face Rossmore in the match-play stages at Castle Hume to be played by May 24th. Team; Timmy Fitzpatrick & Paddy Maguire; JJ O Reilly & Philip McMahon; Padraig McEntee & John Crotty; Stephen McCabe & Oliver Garvey; Ed Kellett & Mattie Reilly. Well done to all concerned for an excellent performance.

The other qualifiers from the same venue were Castle Hume who will meet Nuremore at Slieve Russel.
